Located in the centre of the city, the project seeks to minimise changes to the existing fabric of the buildings and maximise thresholds. The attic is adapted as a small open-space apartment, the rear workshop as a studio and the small building in between as a 3-room apartment with direct access to semi-private green niches. Together they form a sequence of different forms of living.
