Around the block
Entrance in the inner courtyard. The building comprises five versatile units across three stories, accommodating a variety of lifestyles.

Views
The exterior is raw and fits into the existing dense urban fabric.
The courtyard serves not only as a circulation space but also as a place for gathering. In contrast to the exterior, the interior is warm with wood surfaces and natural stone floors.
The south façade is entirely transparent and continuous, mediating between inside and outside.
Exposed and unfinished surfaces give the interior character and atmosphere. The top floor apartment is designed as a double-height space making the interior more generous.
The kitchen is still the focal point.
